Jurnal Medika Farmaka (JMF) is a scientific journal in the field of pharmacy with open access managed by the D-3 Pharmacy study program of STIKes Karsa Husada Garut under the auspices of LP4M STIKes Karsa Husada Garut. JMF already has an e-ISSN 2987-372X with SK Number: 2987372X/II.7.4/SK.ISSN/06/2023) since June 07, 2023 and is valid starting from Volume 1 No. 1, April 2023. This journal was initiated by the “Indonesian Pharmacists Association” (IAI) of Garut Regency since 2023. JMF accepts manuscript articles in two main areas in the field of pharmacy including:

Articles can be in the form of original research results and review articles. JMF is published every 4 months in April, August, and December.
Peer Review Process
Draft articles selected for publication in this journal are sent to two reviewers who are experts in their fields, also not from the same institution as the author, and the selection is at the discretion of the editor. The review process is conducted behind closed doors with the authors and reviewers unaware of each other's identities and affiliations. Each draft article submitted to the editor is reviewed for final decision by a peer review process. Authors are required to respond to the reviews provided and submit a revised draft of the article within the specified time after submitting comments and suggestions from the reviewers. Published articles are copy-edited and have been checked for grammar, punctuation, printing style, and formatting in accordance with the provisions of this journal. All submissions of published articles are made online.
Draft articles submitted to Jurnal Medika Farmaka (JMF) will be screened for plagiarism using the Turnitin plagiarism detection tool. Before submitting the draft article to the reviewers, it is first checked for plagiarism by the editorial team members. Submitted articles should have <20% similarity (without bibliography) and each source should not have more than 5% similarity.
